Claire Louise Blaser

Claire Louise Blaser has been a doctoral student at the Professorship for History of the Modern World at ETHZ since October 2019. She holds an MA from SOAS (University of London) in Religion in Global Politics with a regional focus on South Asia. She previously studied South Asian Languages and Cultures at the University of Lausanne and the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. Her research focuses on connected histories in (post)colonial Switzerland and India, the history of transnational feminism, global history, gender history and the history of ideas.
